This is a Gear-wrench flexi head ratcheting spanner set. It consists of 16 spanners sizing: 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,21,22,24 and 25mm.
These are essential in any tool box as they are fantastic in hard to reach places such as engine bays and around brakes etc.
Come on a plastic rack with handle for easy storage and transportation.
The only odd spanner is the 10mm as it went missing and got replaced with a Halfords Professional one to keep the set full.
